Delivery of 300 ton transformer to Southwestern Ontario

Western completed the delivery and transload operation for a 300 ton, 750 mVA transformer from Quebec to Southwestern Ontario.

Services:

• Rail clearances, lashing design, and supply of a specialized 16-axle railcar.
• Rail transport including coordination of special train along Canada's busiest rail corridor.
• Coordination of access and upgrades to a private rail siding.
• Transfer from railcar to hydraulic platform trailer using 500 ton skidding system.
